Haley European Motors

My car broke down while I was out of town in Winston-Salem, and Chris and the team did everything possible to be flexible with me and got me back on the road in the same day. I ended up staying at their shop all day while I waited, but they were so generous in offering me a ride if I needed to go anywhere and made me as comfortable as possible. They provided very clear diagnosis and price transparency and I would 100% travel from Durham to use them again they were so great.

My daughter needed an oil change for her BMW X3, and I needed a fuel injector service for my 6-speed manual 525i, no problem! We dropped both cars off and received a proper diagnosis and service, had the opportunity to walk back home with my college age daughter on a peaceful afternoon, and then pick up the X3 following a timely service. My parts were ordered for the new fuel injectors and properly installed. I’ve waited weeks for device so this attention to detail and my schedule, even on an older 2005 was greatly appreciated. I enjoy knowing my kids can bring their cars to technicians that won’t take advantage of them. My son scheduled a service on the same week, for a wheel bearing repair on his 2018 Honda Accord that Flow Honda didn’t include in their used car sale. This was a pricey auto week but The service, support, and great coffee/creamer helped to make it a pleasurable experience. Even through a tough week, Haley Automotive remained consistent.

If you're looking for a shop that truly knows European vehicles, I can't recommend Haley European Motors highly enough. I've trusted them for years with routine maintenance and service on all of my vehicles, including several Mercedes-Benz models ranging from vintage classics to the newest model years. I even trust them with my Cadillac Escalade Platinum because I know the quality of their work is second to none. What sets Haley European Motors apart is their knowledge, attention to detail, and honesty. They never try to sell you services you don't need, and they always take the time to explain exactly what they're doing. It's rare to find a shop that treats every vehicle with the same level of care and respect they would their own. Their expertise with Mercedes-Benz and other European brands is obvious from the moment you talk with them. Whether it's routine maintenance or diagnosing a difficult issue, they consistently get the job done right the first time. That level of confidence and reliability is why I continue bringing every one of my vehicles back. Finding a mechanic you can genuinely trust is hard these days, but Haley European Motors has earned my trust completely. I r

Everyone very friendly. Front desk staff make sure you're comfortable and explain in detail showing you what's going on with your car. They help you decide what's most important to take care of with your cars needs. I had my car worked on prior to bringing and my check engine light after a few days, was back on and I was told to get rid of it. Im happy to say there are no more lights on but the headlights.
